Ewa Banaszak

Head of Tax Coordination

Ewa works as the Head of Tax Coordination in the tax advisory department in the Warsaw office of TPA Poland. She is a licensed tax advisor.

Ewa gained experience in consulting companies both in Poland and abroad. She specializes in corporate income tax, including the areas of transfer pricing, tax on civil law transactions and VAT. In the tax department, she coordinates knowledge management and business development activities. She is the author and co-author of numerous publications on tax issues.

Eve has provided tax advisory services primarily to international companies in the real estate, chemical, telecommunications, industrial and other industries. She has participated in transfer pricing projects and was involved in restructuring projects, tax risk management and tax reviews. She has led a number of tax scheme reporting (MDR) projects. She managed the day-to-day implementation of tax consulting projects for key clients.

She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań and also studied at the University of Hanover.

She is fluent in Polish, English and German and Spanish.
