Joanna Kubińska

Partner, Head of Transfer Pricing

Joanna holds the position of a Partner at TPA Poland, heading the transfer pricing team.

She is a licensed tax advisor.

She is a recognized expert with a track record of more than 25 years in the field of tax and transfer pricing consulting gained while working for the Big Four companies (Ernst & Young, PwC), where she executed projects for Polish and foreign capital groups.

Since the beginning of her carrier, she has been specialising in transfer pricing. She has extensive experience in providing a full range of related services. The projects executed by Joanna include in particular: development and implementation of business-efficient and tax secure transaction structures and transfer pricing policies within groups of companies, analyses of transfer pricing risk areas and of responsibilities of the management boards, comparative analyses aimed at determining the market price/margin level (commodity, service, license, financial transactions), documentation projects, support for clients during tax audits and proceedings, as well as in obtaining advance pricing agreements (APA).
In 2023, Joanna was awarded the title of Highly Regarded Practitioner in the ITR World TP ranking published by ITR (International Tax Review).
She has worked on projects for clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, chemicals, FMCG, IT, automotive, energy, fuel, aviation, gas and services.

She also conducts training/workshops for clients from financial and accounting departments and delivers presentations for management boards on transfer pricing issues.

Joanna is a graduate of the faculty of economics, SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She also graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of Warsaw.

She is fluent in Polish and English.
