Krzysztof Horodko

Krzysztof is a transaction advisory expert. He participated in numerous projects regarding the purchase and sale of businesses, due diligence, and restructuring projects. During many years of practice, he was also involved in the preparation of many valuations. He worked for, among others, the petroleum and energy industries, as well as for businesses that operate in the telecommunications, confectionary, and construction sectors. He also implemented numerous projects for family companies. He is a certified statutory auditor. He is a lecturer and instructor in regard to valuations, internal audits and risk management, and the IAS/IFRS, as well as the author of many professional publications in industry media. He is fluent in German and English and can also communicate in French.
