Martyna Szatkowska

Manager in the Warsaw-based tax advisory team of TPA Poland.
Martyna has many years of experience in comprehensive tax advisory services provided for both Polish and foreign entities. She gained her professional experience in a tax advisory firm and in the Big Four tax advisory companies.

Martyna specializes in direct taxation, transaction advisory, international taxation and capital structure design. She has extensive experience in tax advisory regarding restructuring processes, divisions and mergers of companies, including international ones. As part of her professional experience, she had provided ongoing tax advisory services in the field of corporate income tax and withholding tax, participated in the examination of the effectiveness of the internal tax compliance of companies and capital groups, the development of tax procedures and corporate tax strategy, and the implementation of the R&D tax relief. She has advised clients in a number of wide-ranging litigation and tax proceedings.

Martyna graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and completed my legal counsel apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.
