Alicja Kornosz

Manager

Alicja holds the position of a Manager in the tax advisory department in the Poznań office of TPA Poland. She is a licensed tax advisor.

She started working in the field of tax consulting at a law firm when she was a student, then joined TPA as an intern, to later become a consultant. She went on to gain experience in international tax law at Franklin Templeton as an in-house tax specialist, and eventually as a manager. In August 2022, she rejoined the TPA team taking on the role of a manager.

She specializes in international tax law and corporate tax law. Her in-house experience makes it possible to provide comprehensive business support in the tax aspect to clients operating within multinationals, both in terms of VAT and CIT and on transfer pricing grounds. She provides advice on tax planning for business transactions.

She is a graduate of law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and of postgraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at Poznań University of Economics and Business. She completed her lawyer's apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Poznań.

She speaks Polish, English and German.
