Agnieszka Marzeion

Payroll Manager

Agnieszka has been a Payroll Manager in the Payroll division of TPA Poland's Warsaw Accounting and Payroll Outsourcing Department since April 2022.
She has experience in human resources and payroll (payroll, benefits, PIT, State Fund of Rehabilitation of Handicapped People (PFRON), Employee Capital Plans (PPK), HR and payroll systems support, induction, electronic documentation).
She started her career in 2013 in the in-house human resources departments of companies in the security industry, where she gained experience in the field of labor law and direct relations with employees. She has been involved in the outsourcing sector since 2017 (TMF, People, KR Group).
She began by working as a junior HR and payroll specialist, where she learned how to work with clients and put into practice the knowledge she gained from the payroll specialist course, and then, becoming a specialist and senior HR and payroll specialist, she not only dealt with payroll calculation and direct customer service, but also participated in the process of data migration between HR and payroll systems and the introduction of new entities. She is currently developing her skills in team management and new customer acquisition.
Agnieszka is a graduate of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, majoring in political science. She completed the following courses: human resources and payroll specialist at the Association of Accountants in Poland.
She is fluent in Polish and English.
