Agata Netyks-Zych

Agata holds the position of a Manager in the tax advisory team in Poznań.
She is a licensed tax advisor and attorney-at-law.

She has many years of experience in tax consulting, which she gained in the tax departments of major Poznań law firms and a tax consulting company.
In her day-to-day work, she provides comprehensive support to clients, with a focus on value-added tax and income tax issues, including in the area of implementing tax benefits. Agata advises both domestic companies and a large number of international clients, serving these entities in English. She is experienced in representing clients in litigation, including proceedings before administrative courts.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

She is the author of numerous commentaries and articles on legal and tax issues, including press publications.
