Dorota has many years of experience in HR consulting, also in business: she worked as marketing coordinator for the company producing building materials and medical member of the board of directors. Within several years of practice in the area of human resource consulting she conducted projects in the field: executive search, recruitment and selection as well as personnel auditing and outplacement. She has also participated in consulting projects (creation of HR policy and HR tools), also in the post - merger integration. Dorota is the author of numerous publications in the field of human resource consulting, she provides also trainings and conducts lectures on the subject.
