Tax Advisor, Senior Manager in the Warsaw TPA Poland tax advisory department.

She specializes in corporate income tax, international taxation, tax on civil law transactions, as well as tax advisory for German speaking clients (German Desk). So far she has provided complex tax advisory to multinational real estate companies, real estate funds and financial institutions such as non-banking lending institutions, peer-to-peer lending platforms.

She conducted numerous due diligence audits and strategic tax planning for multinational companies. She took part in many CIT-Compliance projects. She was involved in restructuring projects and strategic tax planning projects, including transfer of portfolios of receivables, organizational restructuring (division by separation of an organized part of the enterprise). Paulina is also experienced in preparing transfer pricing documentation. Effective co-operation with foreign tax and legal advisors to secure optimal solution for the client are of a great importance for her.

Paulina is a licensed tax advisor and a member of the Polish Association of Accountants. She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław (M.A.), Europa Viadrina University in Frankfurt an der Oder (M.E.S.) and Lehigh University in the USA. She has gained her experience alongside international companies in Poland and abroad. Paulina is fluent in English and German and speaks Spanish on communicative level.
