Aleksandra Kiełtyka

Director, Accounting & Outsourcing Department

Aleksandra is a director at the Katowice accounting and payroll outsourcing department of TPA Poland.
She has more than a decade of with respect to professional accounting services and tax law for Polish and foreign companies from different sectors, among others, real estate, commerce, transport, and automotive sectors. She specializes in professional accounting and tax law compliance, reporting
in accordance with the Polish Accounting Standards, US GAAP, and IFRS, preparation and auditing of annual financial statements and tax returns.
Aleksandra has participated in many tax and accounting projects, including the preparation and review of VAT and CIT, the preparation of financial statements, as well as reporting in accordance with the IFRS and US GAAP. She has experience with respect to reviewing and implementing accounting software in terms of compliance with Polish accounting and tax laws (SAP, Oracle).
She is a graduate of transport and international and domestic shipping at the University of Economics in Katowice. She has also completed postgraduate studies in the field of accounting at WSB Poznan.
She is fluent in English and also speaks French.
